When Boston Acoustics reached out to ELEVEN, it was an established brand that was losing relevance and market share. With fresh eyes and a clean slate, ELEVEN set out to re-energize the brand and bring back the company’s strong reputation. We learned quickly from consumers that there were two conflicting sets of wants and needs. With Boston Acoustics approval, we determined that designing two unique design systems at two different price points was the best strategy.
Along with enhanced functionality, ELEVEN introduced a relevant design language that captures diverse consumer lifestyles, and re-establish prestige for the Boston Acoustic’s Brand.
