The Richi Innovation Camp is an international immersion program that brings together a passionate group of students from all over the world to interact with and learn from Boston’s innovators through a multidisciplinary curriculum.

ELEVEN’s research team led a design thinking workshop with this next generation of leaders, guiding them through the human-centered design process of empathizing with users, defining the problem, ideating solutions, prototyping concepts, and collecting feedback.

In developing novel solutions related to the experience of gift-giving, students embraced the practice of experimentation, impact of prototyping, and power of iteration. Armed with the core values of design thinking, the camp participants were able to implement their learnings in their broader Innovation Camp challenge and beyond.
